He worked as a journalist for Fana Broadcasting Corporate, where he reported notable stories, live reports of international and national meetings, news analysis of global politics, economy, and social issues, and feature news and documentaries. He is a PhD candidate at Addis Abeba University and a Lecturer at Dire Dawa University.
